Useful information:

  • Steyr is a town that is located in the Northern part of Austria – it is a very beautiful town with an almost completely intact medieval centre
  • The Steyr campus is located in the historical part of the city and the student council regularly organizes parties and other events; the university also offers a training weekend
  • The city regularly organizes events such as Christmas markets, concerts and cultural festivals and offers a variety of museums, theatres, cinemas and shopping facilities
  • Steyr and its surroundings are a perfect area for all kinds of sport activities such as hiking, cycling, ice skating and swimming but also climbing, skiing and adventure sports; in some facilities students are granted a student discount
