Accommodation: Private accommodation in Madrid. The most economical option when choosing housing is usually a shared flat.
Useful information:
- Madrid is the capital of Spain and also the third biggest city of the European Union; It is located in the centre of the country
- The univeristy is equipped with several cafeterias and canteens, as well as a medical service
- Madrid is a historical location where you can find many museums, theatres, operas, sights and other cultural facilities
- The city is the heart of Spain and you can feel the Spanish culture and lifestyle on every corner; Spain is known for its excellent nightlife, Sangria, good food, Siesta, little boutiques and relaxed way of living - all this you can of course also find in the capital
- Madrid has everything to not let you get bored - from shopping facilities, over restaurants and bars, to a wide range of sports activities to choose from - there is always something you can do
- The average monthly expenses of a student are about €900-1,300; Prices (especially housing) vary quite a lot depending on the place you choose (and if you choose a shared flat, a hall of residence, etc.)
