Rental apartments

The Housing Division manages rental apartments on behalf of Kiðár ehf. The apartments are rented on the general housing market and are not connected to on-campus accommodation, as Bifröst University operates fully online.

The Housing Division is responsible for rental contracts, property management, maintenance coordination, and cleaning services. Maintenance work is carried out by the Maintenance Division. Tenants who require repairs or other maintenance services should contact us by email at husnaedi [at] bifrost.is.

If you have any questions regarding housing managed by Kiðár ehf., please feel free to contact us at husnaedi [at] bifrost.is. Tenants are expected to comply with the house rules and to respect other residents’ right to a peaceful living environment. Quiet hours are from 23:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
