Location: The cities of Nuertingen and Geislingen are located about 40 kilometers apart from each other between Stuttgart, the capital of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg to the northwest and Ulm to the southeast.
Nuertingen-Geislingen University is perfectly located for travelling. If you travel two hours to the south, you will be at the shores of the Lake of Constance, one of Europe's largest lakes, bordering Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Just two hours to the east, visitors can enjoy Munich, Bavaria's famous capital. Two hours to the west, Straßburg, France's border city to Germany is the place to be.
Enrolment
Enrolment is the process through which incoming students must agree to become a student at HfWU Nuertingen-Geislingen University for one or two semesters. Upon receipt of the Admission Letter, incoming students are asked to enrol at HfWU by filling out the registration form below (all 4 pages of the pdf-file) and submit it hand-signed together with all the required documents by email to Andrea Heissler (andrea.heissler@hfwu.de) by July 15 at the very latest. We kindly ask you to respect the application deadline of July 15 and encourage you to submit your complete enrolment documents and the appropriate social service fee mentioned below well in advance of the posted deadline (at least 4 weeks before).
Your enrolment becomes effective, once we have received your payment for the social service fee amounting to 97,10 EURO via bank transfer. We do not accept check-payments of any sort. Please keep in mind that payments take up to 4 weeks and that your bank might charge you an extra service fee. For more detailed information and the bank data, please refer to page Fees.
