Fyrst skal ganga úr skugga um að slökkt sé á Outlook póstforritinu.
Þá skal fara í Start/Control Panel/Mail/E-mail Acconts...
Velja Email/New
Manually configure server settings
Velja Microsoft Exchange or campatible service
Server: vefpostur.bifrost.is
Username: bifXXXX@bifrost.is
Ýta á /More settings
Security/Password Authentication (NTLM)
Connection/haka í Outlook Anywhere
Exchange Proxy Settings:
https://vefpostur.bifrost.is
Haka í Connect using SSL only og /Only connect to proxy servers....     msstd:vefpostur.bifrost.is
Og síðan neðst velja: Basic Authentication
Ýta á ok og þá er uppsetningunni lokið og opna Microsoft Outlook sem ætti þá að sækja póstinn.
