Furniture is optional according to the preferences of the tenants. There is a refridgerator in every apartment.

Two family apartments on two floors, 112 sqm (nr. 1 and 2.) On the ground floor there is an entrance,  living room, kitchen and storeroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom whith shower.  The apartments are rented with or without kitchen utensils. There is a refridgerator in every apartment.

Sjónarhóll

Sjónarhóll is a block of 48 apartments; six of them large and convenient for families with children. The apartments have an open kitchen and living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. A storeroom is in every apartment.

Refridgerators are not included. Inhabitants can bring their own washing machines or use the joint laundry in Hamragarðar.
