Bifröst International Summer School in Philosophy and Politics
Bifröst University May 21st to June 29th, 2012
The Summer School is a part of the undergraduate program in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Bifröst University. It is open to undergraduate students who have completed at least one year of an undergraduate program (two years for US college students).
The following courses and seminars will be offered during the period May 21st – June 29th:
In order to be eligible students must have completed at least one third of a European undergraduate degree (60 ECTS credits) in a relevant subject or a half of a US college degree (two years).
Students may choose to stay the whole six weeks or pick individual courses and seminars for a shorter stay. Minimum stay is one week.
Students who take either one of the 6 ECTS credits introductory courses may only complete one seminar at the same time.
Students can increase the number of credits for each course/seminar by writing an additional research paper.
Tuition and fees
Tuition: 50 EUR per ECTS credit
(100 EUR for 2 ESCT credit seminars; 300 EUR for a 6 ECST credit course)
Accommodation: 72 EUR per week (meals not included)
(This price refers to single rooms. More expensive accommodation options are also available, e.g. studio apartments or 2-3 bedroom apartments)

Please be aware that in order to process your application we need a copy of your transcript from your home university with information about courses completed and grades.
